Dimension One · Where you are
The Four Seasons.
Every life cycles through all four seasons, often more than once. Naming the season you are in is the first act of honest practice.
Awaken & Initiate
New beginnings, curiosity, hope, vision, and experimentation.
Expand & Express
Confidence, connection, creativity, momentum, and authentic living.
Harvest & Release
Reflection, gratitude, discernment, boundaries, and letting go.
Rest & Restore
Healing, recovery, stillness, nervous system regulation, and integration.
Awaken & Initiate
Season 01 of 04
Spring — Awaken & Initiate.
New beginnings, curiosity, hope, vision, and experimentation.
Spring is the season of awakening. Energy returns to the body before the mind has language for it. You feel pulled toward something — a new role, a new relationship, a new way of speaking about yourself — but the shape is unfinished. Spring asks you to follow curiosity without demanding certainty. The work is to make small experiments and trust that direction reveals itself through movement, not through analysis.
Expand & Express
Season 02 of 04
Summer — Expand & Express.
Confidence, connection, creativity, momentum, and authentic living.
Summer is the season of full expression. What you began in Spring now takes recognizable form. You can name what matters, ask for what you need, and bring more of yourself into your relationships and work. Summer asks for visibility — to be seen as you actually are rather than as you have been. The work is to sustain momentum without performing, and to let your inner and outer life speak the same language.
Harvest & Release
Season 03 of 04
Fall — Harvest & Release.
Reflection, gratitude, discernment, boundaries, and letting go.
Fall is the season of honest accounting. You see what bore fruit and what depleted you, what to keep and what to compost. Fall asks for discernment — the courage to set boundaries, the grace to grieve what is ending, the gratitude for what is harvested. The work is to release with intention rather than wait until something collapses, and to make space by choice rather than by exhaustion.
Rest & Restore
Season 04 of 04
Winter — Rest & Restore.
Healing, recovery, stillness, nervous system regulation, and integration.
Winter is the season of deep rest. The visible work pauses so the invisible work — nervous system repair, identity integration, grief metabolizing — can finish. Winter asks for stillness and protection. The work is to resist the cultural pressure to produce through this season, to trust that fallow ground is fertile ground, and to let the body and psyche restore what cannot be rushed.
